Ormond Beach Children Create Club to Foster Kindness and Belonging

Six children from St. Brendan Catholic School in Ormond Beach have created the "Kind Human Club" to promote acts of kindness and inclusion. Inspired by Joey Lucent, who faces challenges due to Galactosemia and being neurodivergent, the club aims to foster a supportive environment. Their first event, a lemonade stand to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, will take place on July 7. The club plans to expand its efforts to include community service projects. Florida's Home Insurance Market Shows Some Strength with Rate Decreases
