⭐ Rockville’s Back, About Ormond Mainstreet

🎶 Welcome to Rockville Brings the Noise — and the Nostalgia

The engines will be quiet, but the amps will be loud as Welcome to Rockville powers up for its fifth consecutive year at Daytona International Speedway, May 15–18. Billed as the largest rock festival in North America, this four-day sonic spectacle will feature more than 150 bands across five stages, including headliners Green Day, Korn, Linkin Park, and Shinedown.

Eager fans can get a jumpstart on the fun with a pre-party on May 14, featuring five bands. It’s free for campers and hotel package guests, or $25 + fee for others. Once the main festival kicks off, gates open at 11 a.m. daily. Beyond the music, festivalgoers can expect amusement rides, jam tents, chill zones, merchandise markets, food trucks, and cocktail stations.

Orlando bands Bodybox, Sleeping With Sirens, and Trivium will add hometown heat, with Bodybox frontman Harrison Brown reflecting on the honor of playing a venue he once explored as a kid. “This is like an absolute honor … this is sacred ground for us,” he shared on social media.

Ticket prices range from $159.99 for a single day to $1,999.99 for the four-day VIP Owner’s Club experience. Camping packages start at $65, though reserved spaces are already sold out. Reminder: Rockville is fully cashless, so sync your payment method with your RFID wristband—or get comfy with Apple Pay and Tap to Pay.

What started in 2011 as a one-day event in Jacksonville has grown into a mega rock pilgrimage thanks to founder Danny Wimmer, who brought the festival to Daytona in 2021. From three stages and 25 bands to five stages and 150+, Rockville has become a destination event.

📍 Spotlight on Ormond MainStreet: Where Community Meets Commerce

If you’ve ever asked, “Where exactly is Ormond MainStreet?”—you’re in for a civic refresher. This bustling 1.8-mile stretch of Granada Boulevard, from A1A to Orchard Street, isn’t just the heart of downtown Ormond Beach—it’s the heartbeat of the community.

More than 150 businesses call the district home, ranging from cozy restaurants and eclectic boutiques to offices, salons, and service providers. It’s not just a place to shop or grab lunch—nearly 3,000 people work here, making it a thriving employment center and commercial hub.

Civic life thrives here too: the Ormond Beach City Hall, public library, police headquarters, parks, and historical landmarks all sit within MainStreet’s borders. Whether you’re attending an art stroll or running errands, chances are you're in the middle of something meaningful.

So next time you're downtown, take a closer look—Ormond MainStreet is where history, business, and community come together.

While big-name corporations are pouring millions into artificial intelligence, many local businesses are being left behind—not because they lack interest, but because they lack a practical roadmap to get started.

In my own work transforming our newsletter operations with AI, the shift has been remarkable. Tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Insights that once required outside consultants are now just a few prompts away.

That’s why I’m considering launching a community hub designed specifically for local business owners and individuals. The goal? To demystify AI, share step-by-step how-tos, and connect you with others using these tools successfully in real-world settings.

Before building this, I want to hear directly from you. What’s standing in your way? Is it the learning curve? The cost? Not knowing how it fits into your business?

Take 3 minutes to complete our short survey. You’ll help shape the direction of this resource—and as a thank you, survey participants will receive early access and exclusive first-month content free of charge.
